Donna's first CD on Sims Records entitled "Pure and Simple " is acoustic oriented and draws on her many music influences. Donna co-wrote all 10 songs. "Pure and Simple" is receiving airplay on Americana & college stations across the U.S.A.", as well as overseas including France, England, Germany, Holland, Slovenia, Australia, Hong Kong, and Ireland. "My Baby Loves To Treat Me Right", one of the cuts from the CD, has spent several weeks at the #1 spot on some independent charts in the UK this year. Donna has currently released her newest CD entitled "Feels Like Home".

Taken from August Nashville Music Guide CD Review by Brad Fischer:

FEELS LIKE HOME
Artist: Donna Frost

I can't say it's country and I can't say it's not. This new release by Donna Frost is somewhere between Americana and contemporary folk. In any event, this CD is a sound investment for any music lover. Produced by Jack Howell, all but one of the ten songs on the disc are originals by Frost or co-written with Howell. The lone standout is "Every Night" by Sir Paul McCartney. I also really liked the opening track, "Where the Sky Meets The Sea" and the title cut. I think you'll like Frost's sweet vocals and guitar work, too.
Rating: Six stars ****** (out of possible Seven)
Donna's new single, "What If" is in the European Indie charts since its release in October. It is currently at #34. Her "Feels Like Home" CD continues to pick up airplay overseas and is now available for purchase in the UK. Donna is planning her UK tour for March 2002. Other tour dates coming soon. She has also finished recording a Christmas single "Do You Hear What I Hear" which will be available later this month.
